This Booster Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Classic Boost (“Company”) and the individual or entity providing gaming-related services through the Classic Boost platform (“Booster”). By accepting an order, performing services, or providing services through the Classic Boost platform, the Booster acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement.

Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms, responsibilities, payment conditions, service standards, and restrictions applicable to Boosters performing orders through Classic Boost. The Booster agrees to perform all assigned orders professionally, within the applicable service requirements and agreed timeframe, while taking reasonable steps to protect the Client's gaming account.

Company Commission

Classic Boost is entitled to deduct its applicable commission, platform fee, or service fee from the total amount paid by the Client for an order.
The Booster acknowledges that the amount displayed as the total order value may not represent the final amount payable to the Booster after the Company's commission and any other applicable deductions.
The applicable commission percentage or fee may be communicated to the Booster through the Classic Boost platform, order information, or other official Company communication.
By accepting an order, the Booster agrees that Classic Boost may automatically deduct the applicable commission before releasing the remaining payment.

Completion of Orders and Payment

A Booster is required to complete every accepted order in accordance with the service description, order requirements, and timeframe provided by Classic Boost.
Classic Boost reserves the right to withhold, delay, reduce, or cancel payment for an order that the Booster has failed to complete.
No payment is guaranteed merely because an order has been accepted by the Booster. Payment is subject to satisfactory completion of the assigned service and compliance with this Agreement.
If an order is abandoned, materially incomplete, or otherwise not delivered as required, Classic Boost may determine that the Booster is not entitled to receive all or part of the payment for that order.
Where appropriate, Classic Boost may review order records, progress information, communications, screenshots, or other available evidence before determining the amount payable.

Account Ban or Restriction During an Active Order

The Booster must exercise reasonable care when accessing or providing services on a Client's gaming account.
If the Client's gaming account is permanently or temporarily banned, suspended, restricted, or otherwise loses access during the applicable service timeframe due to circumstances attributable to the Booster's actions or failure to comply with this Agreement, Classic Boost may withhold the payment for the affected order.
Where an account restriction occurs, Classic Boost may investigate the circumstances before determining whether payment should be released.
If evidence establishes that the Booster used prohibited software, unauthorized automation, cheats, hacks, exploits, or other prohibited methods that contributed to the account restriction, the Booster may forfeit the payment for the affected order and may be subject to additional disciplinary action.
Nothing in this section requires Classic Boost to withhold payment where the account restriction was demonstrably unrelated to the Booster's conduct, subject to Classic Boost's review and applicable law.

Communication With Clients In-Game

Boosters are prohibited from initiating unnecessary conversations, sending unsolicited messages, or otherwise directly communicating with the Client or gaming-account owner through the game's in-game chat or messaging systems. NOTE: Violation of this policy may result in termination from Classic Boost.
All order-related communication between the Booster and Client should, whenever reasonably possible, take place through the communication channels provided by Classic Boost.
The Booster must not use in-game communication to request additional payment, negotiate separate services, exchange personal contact information, redirect the Client to another service provider, or conduct transactions outside the Classic Boost platform. NOTE: Violation of this policy may result in termination from Classic Boost.
Limited in-game communication may be permitted when it is reasonably necessary to perform the assigned service or respond to an immediate in-game situation. Such communication must remain professional and directly related to the order.
Violation of this section may result in an order being reassigned, payment being withheld, account suspension, removal from Classic Boost, or other appropriate action.

Prohibited Software, Bots, Hacks, and Unauthorized Tools

Boosters are strictly prohibited from using bots, cheats, hacks, unauthorized automation, exploits, account-manipulation tools, or third-party software that may compromise, damage, or place the Client's gaming account at risk.
The Booster must perform services using legitimate methods that do not intentionally circumvent the game's security systems or interfere with the Client's account security.
The Booster must not install, introduce, or use software on a Client's computer or gaming environment without the Client's authorization and without a legitimate need directly related to the service.
Any use of prohibited software or unauthorized tools may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Classic Boost.
If Classic Boost determines that prohibited software or unauthorized tools were used during an order, Classic Boost may withhold the payment associated with that order and may take additional action against the Booster's account.

Prohibition on In-Game Advertising

Boosters are prohibited from advertising, promoting, soliciting, or marketing Classic Boost's services through in-game chat, whispers, mail, guild chat, group chat, or other in-game communication systems.
The Booster must not use the game's communication systems to recruit Clients for Classic Boost or direct players toward Classic Boost's website or services.
The Booster must not represent themselves as an official representative of the game publisher or imply that Classic Boost is affiliated with or endorsed by the game publisher.
Classic Boost's services may only be promoted through advertising channels and promotional methods authorized by the Company.
Violation of this section may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, removal from the Platform, or withholding of payment for affected orders where permitted by applicable law.

Order Timeframes and Late Completion

Each order will have a specified or estimated service timeframe communicated to the Booster through Classic Boost.
If the Booster fails to complete an order within the applicable timeframe without an approved extension or circumstances outside the Booster's reasonable control, Classic Boost may apply a 10% deduction from the total order amount.
The 10% deduction will be calculated based on the total value of the affected order before the deduction.
Where an order is significantly delayed, Classic Boost may also reassign or cancel the order and determine the appropriate payment, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
A Booster who anticipates a delay must notify Classic Boost as soon as reasonably possible and provide an explanation and updated estimated completion time.
Classic Boost may approve an extension when circumstances reasonably justify additional time. An extension should be obtained before the original deadline whenever reasonably possible.

Order Conduct and Professional Standards

Boosters are expected to perform all assigned services professionally and responsibly.
Boosters must follow the service requirements provided with each order and must not intentionally misrepresent their progress or completion status.
Boosters must not intentionally damage, alter, delete, transfer, or otherwise interfere with a Client's account, characters, items, currency, progress, or other digital assets beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service.
A Booster must immediately notify Classic Boost if they encounter an issue that prevents them from safely or properly completing an order.

Payment Review and Company Discretion

Classic Boost retains the authority to review an order before releasing payment to a Booster.
Payment may be delayed while Classic Boost investigates suspected violations, incomplete work, account restrictions, client complaints, technical issues, or other circumstances affecting the order.
Where an order is found to have been completed properly and in compliance with this Agreement, the remaining payment will be processed according to Classic Boost's applicable payment schedule.
Where Classic Boost determines that a Booster failed to satisfy the applicable order requirements, the Company may withhold or adjust payment to the extent permitted by this Agreement and applicable law.

Customer Responsibilities

Violations of this Agreement may result in one or more of the following actions:
Written warning;
Order reassignment;
Reduction or withholding of payment;
Application of applicable deductions;
Temporary suspension;
Permanent removal from Classic Boost;
Restriction from accepting future orders; or
Other remedies available under applicable law.
The severity of the action may depend on the nature of the violation, its effect on the Client or Company, whether the violation was intentional, and the Booster's previous conduct.
Serious violations, including fraud, use of prohibited software, intentional account abuse, unauthorized solicitation, or conduct that places Client accounts at significant risk, may result in immediate termination.

No Circumvention

Boosters may not use information obtained through Classic Boost to bypass the Platform and conduct transactions directly with Clients outside Classic Boost.
Boosters may not solicit Clients encountered through Classic Boost to purchase substantially similar services directly from the Booster outside the Platform.
Any attempt to circumvent Classic Boost's transaction system may result in suspension or termination and may result in payment being withheld where permitted by applicable law.
Any interaction between you and a third-party provider is primarily between you and that provider, subject to any rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, the Booster is an independent service provider and is not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of Classic Boost.
The Booster is responsible for complying with applicable tax, licensing, registration, and other legal obligations associated with their activities.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship between Classic Boost and the Booster.

Amendments

Classic Boost may update or modify this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Platform, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, or another reasonable communication method.
Continued acceptance or performance of orders after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By accepting orders or providing services through Classic Boost, the Booster confirms that:

They have read and understood this Agreement;
They agree to comply with all requirements contained in this Agreement;
They understand that Classic Boost may deduct its applicable commission from order payments;
They understand that payment may be withheld for incomplete or improperly performed orders;
They understand that payment may be withheld where an account ban or restriction is attributable to their prohibited conduct;
They agree not to improperly communicate with Clients through in-game systems;
They agree not to use bots, cheats, hacks, unauthorized automation, or harmful third-party software;
They agree not to advertise Classic Boost's services through in-game communication systems;
They understand that a 10% deduction may apply when an order is not completed within its applicable timeframe without an approved extension; and
They agree to perform all orders responsibly and in accordance with Classic Boost's policies.
